Event: Living Closer to the Bone

Oct
30

Kim will introduce and develop skills in accessing our deeper natures, through unfolding the marginalised and less known aspects of ourselves and our relationships, to give expression and gain more insight into our less conventional aspects, live a fuller life – closer to the bone!

If you are interested in yourself and how we change, you might be interested in this.

Process work offers skills in bringing more awareness to our body experiences, thoughts and belief systems, unfold our dreams and subtle experiences in our bodies and perceptions which often go unnoticed; when given more attention allow us to go beyond the everyday ways of thinking and dip into the underlying currents which often drive us unconsciously.

Through the disturbances we meet in our lives, we will have a chance to explore, and find new resources which appear in our dreaming and freer moments. Through awareness of who we are, our limitations and biggest dreams, and connecting to our deepest sources, individual and collective, we can take new steps.

In a small supportive group we shall explore our inner resources through some theory, exercises and discussions.

Please contact Kim if you have any queries.
