Myself and fellow Process Work therapist Annie Hay of EH1 Therapies will be at The Fit Festival at Edinburgh’s Assembly Rooms on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 October 2014. The event is open from 10 to 5 on Saturday and 10 to 4 on Sunday.
