A self awareness training that makes us feel more connected to self and more able to find our inner strengths, detachment and creativity, even in challenging and stressful times. This is an embodied practice using our senses (visual, auditory, body feeling and movement) to track our experiences. By tracking and valuing our inner worlds and landscapes we learn to engage with the outer world - nature, organisations and other humans.
